Welcome to Shree Shyam Housekeeping Services. By scheduling or engaging our housekeeping and cleaning services in Jaipur, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Quotations & Pricing

Estimates provided via WhatsApp or telephone are based on client-stated room count, square footage, and standard conditions. If site inspection reveals excessive post-construction debris, cement deposits, severe grease accumulation, or unforeseen structural contamination, our supervisor will inform you of any scope adjustments before commencing.

2. Utilities & Access

The client is responsible for providing uninterrupted running water and electricity access at the premises to operate rotary single-disc floor scrubbers, industrial wet-and-dry vacuum machines, and pressure washers.

3. Valuables & Personal Belongings

We request clients to secure cash, jewelry, confidential papers, and fragile decorative artifacts prior to crew arrival. While our staff is vetted and supervised, safeguarding personal valuables is the homeowner’s responsibility.

4. Inspection & Sign-off

Upon completion of the cleaning session, the client or an authorized representative is requested to conduct an on-site walkthrough with the crew supervisor. Any missed corners or spot touch-ups must be pointed out during this walkthrough for immediate rectification.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We appreciate at least 24 hours prior notice if you need to reschedule or postpone your cleaning slot, allowing us to reassign crews to other pending Jaipur households.
